Seacoast Artists Guild Judge Cecelia Campbell displays the Honorable Mention by Madison McConnell of Waccamaw Intermediate School, Grade 5.
2nd place was awarded to Derek Arnold of Waccamaw Intermediate School, Grade 5, and proudly held by Seacoast Artists Guild Judge Sharon Sorrels.
Coveting 1st Place is Seacoast Artists Guild Judge Bill Houghtling with "Phone Bills" by Jessica Jordan of Georgetown High School, Grade 10.
